Delete Your Account or Data

Conversaide, an AI language learning app by Astraion, gives you full control over your data. This page explains how to delete your entire account, how to delete some of your data without closing your account, and exactly what is removed or kept.

Delete your entire account

You can permanently delete your Conversaide account directly in the app:

  1. Open the Conversaide app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@conversaide.com from the address associated with your account. We will process the request and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Your conversation and practice history
  • Your profile details — name and email address
  • Your password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in identities

Your account is deactivated and your personal information is erased immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to your registered address. Any active subscription managed by Conversaide is cancelled. Note that store-managed subscriptions (Google Play or the Apple App Store) auto-renew until you cancel them in your store account; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription on its own.

What is kept, and for how long

For legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes, a limited set of records is retained in anonymized form, no longer linked to your name, email, or sign-in identity:

  • Aggregate usage and billing logs (for tax and accounting obligations)
  • A non-identifying account reference and creation date

These anonymized records are retained only as long as required to meet legal and financial-record obligations, after which they are deleted. They cannot be used to identify or contact you.

Delete some of your data without closing your account

If you want to remove data but keep using Conversaide, you can delete your conversation history from within the app:

  1. Open the Conversaide app and sign in.
  2. Go to the History tab.
  3. Delete an individual conversation by selecting it and tapping delete, or use the option to clear all conversations at once.

Deleted conversations are removed permanently and cannot be recovered. Your account, profile, and subscription remain active.
